Megan Joffe is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist (BPS) with dual HCPC registration as a clinical and occupational psychologist. She is a facilitator, coach and workplace mediator. She is interested in how the individual and the system influence one another, and the difference that leaders can make to the work experience of employees. She works mainly on the assessment and development of senior leaders and their teams. Her doctoral research focused on the tensions that experts experience when they take on leadership roles, with a specific focus on doctors who become managers/leaders.
