Meagan E. Kaulfus MS, CGC

Meagan Kaulfus was born and raised in a small town in Southeast Texas near Beaumont. She attended Texas A&M University where she recently graduated with a BS in Biology and a minor in Psychology. During her time at Texas A&M, she was honored to volunteer on the Student Counseling HelpLine which provides support, referrals, and crisis intervention for Texas A&M students and faculty. Her experience on the HelpLine was such a great opportunity to give back to her fellow peers on campus and one that she cannot imagine her college years without!

Kalfus's background in Biology and love for science mixed with her wonderful experience on the HelpLine made me realize that genetic counseling would be a perfect fit. She feels so lucky to be a part of UTGCP and to learn from other genetic counselors in the Houston community.
