Maxim Eckmann MD

Dr. Maxim Eckmann received his Bachelor's in 1998 from Texas A&M University. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine, in 2003. Dr. Eckmann completed his anesthesiology residency program at the University of Michigan Health System in 2007. In 2008, Dr. Eckmann continued with his postdoctoral Fellowship at The University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Eckmann is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is a Ramamurthy Endowed Professor and Vice-Chair for Clinical Research in Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA). He has served on the faculty since 2008, becoming the Director of Pain Medicine in 2011.
