Marco Scioscia MD, PhD

Dr Marco Scioscia has worked as a researcher in the Department of Gynaecology, Obstetrics and Neonatology at the University Hospital of Bari for 7 years. He has performed and published many studies on obstetrical and gynaecological ultrasound and is currently a consultant at the Sacro Cuore Don Calabria Hospital in Negrar, Italy, with an integrated PhD programme at the Tor Vergata University of Rome. He has worked with Professor Rodeck at the Royal Free and University College Medical School of London, UK. His current main research interests are ultrasound (particularly as it relates to reproductive medicine), pregnancy complications such as pre-eclampsia and diabetes, and endometriosis.
