Luc Karssemakers after graduating as a dentist and doctor from the University of Amsterdam in 2007 and 2012, respectively, was trained from 2012 to 2015 as a specialist in Oral Diseases, Maxillofacial Surgery (MKA) at the VU University Medical Center, Amsterdam, and the Kennemer Gasthuis in Amsterdam.
