Born and raised in Calgary, Lori graduated from the University of Alberta in 2002, obtaining her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy (with distinction), and being awarded the Dean’s Gold Medal for the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine. Lori’s extensive clinical experience has included work in both private clinics and hospital settings, as well as providing home-based treatment options to families with children with special needs.

Lori is certified in medical acupuncture, and is also a certified K-Tape Practitioner (with specific training in Women’s Health applications), and certified Hypopressive Low Pressure Fitness™ Instructor. For those not familiar with Hypopressive Low Pressure Fitness, this technique uses specific postures and breathing techniques to improve postural alignment, deep core strength and stability, and even improve the status and symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence.
