Dr. Limor Man received her M.D degree as well as M.Med.Sc in clinical biochemistry from the Ben-Gurion University in Israel. After accomplishing internship and residency as an ObGyn at Soroka medical center in Israel she was appointed to be an attending physician. Pursuing basic science research in the field of reproduction she was appointed as a visiting fellow at the Center for Reproductive Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine, NYC. In 2017, she was promoted to Assistant Professor of Research in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Center for Reproductive Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine.

Dr. Man has a robust research program focusing on reproduction, specifically fertility preservation and primary ovarian insufficiency. Dr. Man presented her work at many international conferences and published her original work and review in peer review journals. Her presentation was awarded Best Presentation at the 4th European Peritoneal Dialysis Meeting. Dr. Man won the Fertility Preservation Special Interest Group (SIG) Prize Paper at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Annual Meeting at 2015. She was also a candidate for the ASRM Scientific Congress Prize Paper, at the Annual Meeting of 2016. Dr. Man is currently utilizing the model she developed with her collaborators; a cell-based strategy, combining accelerated perfusion with a direct paracrine delivery of a bioactive payload to transplanted human ovarian tissue. The model is used to test the role of specific secreted factors in human ovarian physiology; it will be further tested on large animal models prior to being translated into patient care.
