Leslie Jameleh Cloud BA, MD, MSc

Dr. Cloud is an assistant professor of neurology and director of the Parkinson’s disease program at the Virginia Commonwealth University Parkinson’s and Movement Disorders Center. She completed her neurology residency, movement disorder fellowship and master’s degree in clinical research at Emory University in 2011.
Dr. Cloud is a clinician-investigator with a research interest in the gastrointestinal symptoms in Parkinson’s disease (PD). Her current research is focused on gaining a better understanding of the delineation of the interplay between gastrointestinal motility and medication absorption, the development of novel instruments for the assessment of gastrointestinal symptoms and the testing of novel prokinetic medications in PD.
