Dr. Laurie Samuels Pascal is a Lecturer in the Department of Health Policy and Management at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and brings more than 20 years of industry experience into her courses on organizational behavior and leadership. She designs and delivers forward-looking executive education programs for both clinical and non-clinical healthcare leaders from the US and abroad in the areas of enhancing organizational effectiveness, creating sustainable change, team building, leadership, and management development. Such programs include the International Leadership Development Program for Physicians, Women on Boards: Getting on and Adding Value, and the Culture of Health.
Laurie serves on the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Ethics Advisory Group and is on the Boards of Trustees of Lasell University and Goddard House Assisted Living. She holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Marketing from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, an MPH in Health Policy and Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan. A graduate of the American Association of Health Plan’s Executive Leadership Program, Laurie also received an honorary doctorate degree from Pine Manor College.
