Lauren E. Henke, MD is an assistant professor of radiation oncology. Dr. Henke graduated magna cum laude from St. Olaf College in 2010 with triple BA degrees in Biology, Spanish, and Chemistry, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Lambda Upsilon. She earned a medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in 2014. She then completed both her Internal Medicine internship and residency in Radiation Oncology at Washington University School of Medicine. During the time of her residency training, she additionally completed a Master of Science degree in clinical investigation and study design (MSCI) at Washington University.

She then joined the radiation oncology faculty in 2019. She is passionate about patient care and improving patient outcomes through clinical research. Her clinical practice and research interests include motion management in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancers, adaptive radiation therapy, advanced image-guided radiation therapy, MRI-guided radiation therapy, technology development, and clinical trial design.
