Laura Haiek MD, MSc

Dr. Laura Haiek is a Montreal family physician working for Quebec’s Ministry of Health and Social Services and as an assistant professor at the McGill University Department of Family Medicine. Her public health and research activities are focused on the implementation and the evaluation of the Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative and its expansions to community health centers and neonatal wards. She also has a part-time family medicine practice that includes a baby clinic and a breastfeeding clinic
