Larissa R. Thomas MD, MPH

Dr. Thomas received her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine, where she also received a Masters of Public Health in Global Epidemiology. She completed internal medicine residency at UCSF in the SFGH Primary Care track.

Since finishing residency, she has continued to work in the safety net as a hospitalist at SFGH and is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Division of Hospital Medicine. Her interests include programmatic and educational innovations to improve care transitions in the safety net, and physician well-being and burnout prevention.
