Kumar Sandrasegaran MD, FRCR, FACR

Kumaresan Sandrasegaran, MD, FRCR, FACR is a Senior Associate Consultant at Mayo Clinic, AZ, with special interest in abdominal imaging. He has published over 150 peer-reviewed articles on abdominal imaging and presented over 300 scientific papers at medical meetings. He has given talks on abdominal cancers at meetings throughout USA and in 12 countries. Liver tumors, particularly hepatocellular cancer (HCC), are one of his key interests and he has been on six research grants on HCC. He has undertaken leadership roles in several international radiology associations, including as the co-chair of the Abdominal CT course run by the American College of Radiology (ACR).
