Koshy Alexander MD

Dr. Koshy Alexander is an Associate Attending Physician and Geriatric Medicine Specialist at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He provides both inpatient and outpatient care to older adults. In the outpatient clinic, he focuses on Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments to risk stratify patients for cancer treatments such as surgery, bone marrow transplants, chemotherapy, etc. In the inpatient setting, he is involved in shared care models including peri-operative management of older patients with various oncological specialties. He evaluates Geriatric syndromes such as cognitive dysfunction, delirium, and frailty.
