Kord Honda MD

Kord Honda, M.D., joined Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in 2007. Dr. Honda is triple boarded in Internal Medicine, Dermatology, and Dermatopathology. He began his training at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. He was accepted into the Dermatology Residency at the University of Washington followed by a Dermatopathology Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati prior to joining Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals Case Medical Center.

Dr. Honda is the Director of Dermatopathology at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. He manages the laboratory which processes more than 13,000 specimens per year, while providing an exceptional quality of sectioning and staining and maintaining a one to two day turnaround. Dr. Honda has over 25 publications since establishing his role as Director of Dermatopathology.
