Kon Elizaveta MD

Elizaveta is an Associate professor at Humanitas University and Humanitas Research Hospital of Milan. She is a Scientific and organizational responsibility for several European and national research projects. She has published over 140 articles in scientific journals of international interest. Some of his articles have received international awards such as Author of the most quoted article of the American Journal of Sports Medicine in 2009 and 2010, "Article in the" ten top-cited articles "in Arthroscopy Journal 2011-2012" and Leading article Knee Surgery Sports Traumatology Arthroscopy Journal in 2013 and 38 book chapters. She has been editor of 3 volumes of orthopedic surgery.
She has participated in over 400 national and international scientific conferences as a speaker or moderator. She has held several positions on the Board of national and international scientific societies (ESSKA, ICRS, and SIGASCOT). She currently holds the role of the General Secretary of the International Cartilage Repair Society (ICRS). She is a Member of the Editorial Board of BMC Musculoskeletal Disorders Journal; European Journal of Sports Traumatology; Advances in Orthopedics; Journal of Experimental Orthopedics. From 1994 to 2016 he directed the NaBi (Nanobiotechnology Laboratory) of the Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute.
