Kelly S. Ramsey MD, MPH, MA, FACP

Dr. Kelly S. Ramsey, MD, MPH, MA, FACP, is Clinical Director of Special Programs for Hudson River Health Care, Inc., a network of community health centers. She is an internal medicine physician with a focused practice in HIV, HCV, substance abuse and pain management. Previously she was HIV Medical Director at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Division of Substance Abuse, and Montefiore Substance Abuse Treatment Program clinics. Dr. Ramsey received her medical degree from Case Western University School of Medicine and a master’s in bioethics from Case Western Reserve University School of Graduate Studies. She completed his social internal medicine residency program at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. Dr. Ramsey is a member of the American College of Physicians, HIV Medical Association, Infectious Diseases Society of America, Physicians’ Research Network, the American Academy of Pain Management, and International AIDS Society.
