Katie Hulme, MS, DABR, is a diagnostic medical physicist for the Imaging Institute at Cleveland Clinic. She received her undergraduate degree in Physics from Duke University in 2007, completed her graduate training in Medical Physics at MD Anderson Cancer Center in 2009, and joined the Cleveland Clinic as Associate Staff in 2010. Her interests include exposure indicators in digital radiography, the development of a vendor-neutral reject analysis in radiography, and breast dosimetry.

Ms. Hulme is actively involved in the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) where she is currently a member of several task groups, including the Task group on the development of a new universal dosimetry method (TG-282), Task group on the development of a new breast dosimetry phantom (TG-323), and Task group on the development of standards for vendor-neutral reject analysis in radiography (TG-305).

Ms. Hulme serves as a Mammography Phantom Reviewer for the American College of Radiology (ACR), is a member of the ACR Subcommittee on Breast X-ray Imaging Physics, and recently joined the Diagnostic Medical Physics Oral Exam Committee for the American Board of Radiology.
