Kate Reichert PharmD, BCPPS

Kate Reichert is a pediatric oncology clinical pharmacy specialist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She was born and raised in New Jersey and received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy in 2013. Following pharmacy school, she completed an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Specialty Residency at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Aurora, CO. Dr. Reichert began her career as a clinical pharmacy specialist in pediatric oncology at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, TX. In 2018, Dr. Reichert joined the pediatric clinical pharmacy team at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Dr. Reichert is board certified in pediatric pharmacy.
