Kate Dale BSc

Kate Dale Now working on an Honorary basis, for Bradford District Care Trust also working on a consultancy basis specializing in physical health for serious mental illness. Over the past 12 years, She has worked regionally and nationally in this area of mental health. The project has gained national interest. Her work is now gathering national interest and is in line with the “Lester tool”, a nationally recognized tool to support improvement when carrying out physical health monitoring for patients with a severe mental illnesses. Kate’s work has been accredited through the support of the Academic Health Science Network Yorkshire and Humber and her role within the BDCFT has led to the Trust receiving awards such as the National Patient Safety Award.
