Karen Rach Boretsky MD

Dr. Boretsky trained in pediatric anesthesia and critical care, and regional anesthesia in Pennsylvania. In 2012 she moved to Boston Children’s Hospital to restructure the Perioperative Regional Anesthesia Program where she currently practices. Her research interests include evaluating the role of regional anesthesia in managing pain and recovery in children. She authored articles on novel regional anesthesia techniques and presented them nationally and internationally. She is passionate to find ways to minimize pain and improve safety using regional anesthesia in children.
