Kara Springfield Couch BSN, MS, CRNP, CWS

Kara S. Couch, MS, CRNP, CWS is a nurse practitioner in the Division of Vascular Surgery. She practices at the Limb Preservation Center at the George Washington University Hospital.
Kara received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from James Madison University in 1999 before pursuing her Master of Science (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Georgetown University in 2002. She is board certified as a Certified Wound Specialist by the American Board of Wound Management. Prior to joining the staff at GW, Kara worked at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
