Joyce Vining RVT, LPN

Joyce Vining RVT, LPN is a nurse and registered vascular technologist who has specialized in Phlebology since 1994. Joyce has successfully treated thousands of patients with all types of venous insufficiencies including; spider veins, varicose veins; EVLT (Endovenous Laser Therapy), restless legs syndrome, venous ulcers and more. She is the former President of the American College of Phlebology.
Joyce has been a national consultant for the past 17 years training physicians, nurses and ultrasound technicians on the newest and efficacious techniques for vascular insufficiencies. As an onsite consultant, she has had the opportunity to share her knowledge and experience with many healthcare professionals nationwide.
