Dr. De Gregorio is chief of invasive cardiology at Englewood Hospital and a member of the Englewood Health Physician Network. Board-certified in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology, he specializes in open and minimally invasive surgery and catheter-based procedures, such as transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), to identify and treat structural abnormalities of the heart. He has a particular interest in stent implantation, dissolvable stent, carotid artery stenting, and severe aortic stenosis.
Dr. De Gregorio received his MD from SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse. He did his internship at Bellevue Hospital Center, his internal medicine residency at NYU Langone Medical Center, a cardiology fellowship at Westchester County Medical Center, and an interventional cardiology fellowship at Centro Cuore Columbus in Milan. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, American College of Physicians, and College of Chest Physicians. He is also co-director of the annual Complex Interventional Cardiovascular Therapy meeting, an educational conference on structural and interventional therapies. Dr. De Gregorio participates in clinical trials. In addition to English, he speaks Italian and Spanish.
