Johnathon David Anderson PhD

Johnathon David Anderson is an Assistant Professor at the UC Davis Medical Center. He Specialized in the Molecular Genetics, Regenerative Medicine, and Drug Discovery. He completed his Doctor of Philosophy and Bachelor of Science at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Anderson's research focuses on tumor cells communicating with the cells that surround them in the tumor bed using extracellular vesicles called exosomes. He investigates how cancer cells commandeer the stromal and immune cells that surround them in the tumor bed to make the environment more supportive of tumor progression.
