John Shin Kim MD, FAAFP

Dr. John S. Kim graduated from UC Berkeley (Biochemistry, Highest Honors, 1984) and UC San Francisco School of Medicine in 1988. Dr. Kim has currently Board-certified in family medicine since 1991 and recertified twice since. Dr. Kim has practiced laser medicine since 1996 and is board-certified in aesthetic medicine. He currently serves as Clinical Professor at the School of Medicine, UC Irvine, and is in private practice in Southern California. His medical and aesthetic interests include laser liposuction, dermal fillers, and aesthetic treatment of challenging skin types. He teaches aesthetic medicine throughout the US and Asia and has been invited to speak at many international aesthetic conferences.
