Jianming Hu MD, PhD, MS

Jianming Hu is a Professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the Penn State College of Medicine. Dr. Hu’s research focus is on the elucidation of Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) pathogenesis and understanding of the molecular and cellular mechanisms of virus-host interactions, viral replication cycle, virus assembly as well as mechanisms of cellular clearance from HBV infection.
