Jessica Baird-Wertman vice president of operations for physician enterprise. Baird-Wertman will report to Bryan Stiltz, senior vice president of physician enterprise for AdventHealth, and oversee all physician enterprise operations including performance improvement, patient access, capacity management, and training programs.

Baird-Wertman previously served as executive director of physician enterprise for AdventHealth. Prior to that, she served as assistant vice president for Atrium Health Medical Group and held numerous roles in physician practice operations, medical staff services, and managed care at a community health care provider in central Florida.
