Jennifer S. Kesaris BS, MS, FNP, ACHPN

Ms. Kesaris is a family nurse practitioner with advanced certification as a hospice and palliative care nurse. She provides care to patients at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta as a member of the MaineGeneral Palliative Care medical team and also cares for patients in their homes through her work for MaineGeneral Hospice. A member of MaineGeneral Medical Center's Professional Services Staff since March 2016, Ms. Kesaris previously worked at Penobscot Community Health Center in Bangor, where she provided care to the geriatric population in nursing facilities and in their homes.
