Dr. Jennifer Grech is Global Head of Customer Relationship Excellance at H. Lundbeck A/S. Ms. Grech has a career spanning several continents and industries, including education, travel, and pharmaceuticals. In these roles, Ms. Grech has developed expertise in people development, technologies, and international business. Her key attributes include strategy development, program leadership, change management, training program design and delivery, and innovation as a lever of transformation.

Ms. Grech is a graduate of the Australian Graduate School of Management, achieving an Executive M.B.A. She is currently working with H. Lundbeck A/S based in Denmark, overseeing the assessment of needs and strategy development for longer term customer excellence, with a focus on the role of technology in the interactions between those in the field with health care professionals.
