Jeanette Ball, RN, BSN, PCMH CCE, is a healthcare executive leader with more than 28 years of clinical nursing and extensive operational experience. Her knowledge specialties include leading high-performing administrations for large medical group practices, the NCQA-certified patient centered medical home (PCMH) model, and population health management, as well as providing health information technology consulting. Ball assists her clients by using her passion for technology and process improvement to drive quality and value.
Ball has a proven consulting track record of helping dozens of medical practices evaluate their quality projects, workfow, and optimization of systems to prepare for Meaningful Use, quality reporting, pay for performance, PCMH recognition, and health reform. She is among the first 100 NCQA PCMH Certified Content Experts in the nation. Ball has led three community-wide healthcare projects impacting more than 300 practices and 900 providers, and has personally assisted dozens of practices attain NCQA PCMH recognition. She has worked as a state leader for New York State e-health collaborative workgroup developing EHR implementation tools for state-wide deployment, and HIE development of the SHINY (State Health Information Network of New York) network.
