Jay Groves EdD, MMHC

Jay Groves, EdD, MMHC currently serves as the Executive Director of Population Health Management for the HUMC Fitness & Wellness Center. He also serves as the fitness and wellness consultant for Health Republic Insurance of NJ. In this role Jay is responsible for working with local Healthcare Systems, Employers and payers to create innovative solutions in Population Health Management which have the potential to support employee/member engagement, improve productivity and lower health care costs.
Jay has dedicated his professional career to leading multi-disciplinary teams of health care and medical-fitness professionals as they strive to create and deliver programs which improve the health and well-being of communities in tangible and sustainable ways.
