Jasmine Binte Mohd MBBS, M. Med, MRCOG, FAMS

Dr Jasmine Mohd is a Visiting Consultant with the Minimally Invasive Surgery Unit of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in KK Women's and Children's Hospital in Singapore. She graduated from the National University of Singapore (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) in 2000. She obtained her postgraduate degree in 2005 (Master of Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Singapore). She is a council member of the College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Singapore, council member of the Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Singapore and member of the Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, Singapore.

Her practice includes the prenatal care of women and management of labour, pre-invasive disease of the cervix, management of abnormal pap smears and colposcopy, LEEP and laser treatment of pre-cancer of the cervix (CIN). Her main sub-specialty interest is in minimally invasive gynaecological surgery including robotic assisted laparoscopic surgery, having trained at the Mayo Clinic Arizona, under the Health Manpower Development Plan award in 2010. She routinely performs laparoscopic removal of ovarian cysts, laparoscopic hysterectomies, endometriosis surgery, transcervical surgeries including transcervical removal of polyps and fibroids, as well as vaginal hysterectomies, and surgery for prolapse.
