Jared Klein M.Ed, SHRM-SCP, ACC

Jared is the Director of Organizational Development for the HCA TriStar division and leads all of their Leadership and Organizational Development and Talent Management efforts. Before his time at HCA, Jared worked for Brookdale Senior Living where he led and supported various talent management and organizational development processes and programs such as competency modeling, performance management, 9box calibration sessions, talent management system design and succession planning. He also spent time as a Human Capital Consultant at The Work Institute, a Talent Management consulting firm specializing in workforce analytics. He graduated from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois with a BA in Communication and has his M.Ed. in Organizational Leadership from Vanderbilt University. He is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources and has his Associate Certified Coaching Credential from the International Coaching Federation. Originally, from Chicago, Illinois Jared now resides in Franklin, TN and in his personal life, likes to spend time with his wife Laura and his daughter Olivia.
