Janice Magno is the Assistant Director of Strategy at the Primary Care Information Project (PCIP), a bureau of New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. She leads the design and implementation of practice transformation initiatives at PCIP and oversees teams that provide technical assistance to primary care providers in practice transformation, clinical quality improvement and preparation for value-based payment reform. She received an MPA in Health Policy and Management from New York University’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Ms. Magno is also a New York State licensed and registered respiratory therapist and has extensive clinical background. She is a Filipino-American who is actively involved in the Asian/Pacific Islander Community.
