Jacob Bar MSc, MD

Prof. Jacob Bar completed his M.Sc. degree in Biomedical Engineering at the Technion Haifa, MD degree at the Sackler Faculty of Medicine School at the Tel-Aviv University and research fellowship at the Hammersmith hospital in the Imperial college of London. Prof. Jacob Bar is a well-known expert in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and in ultrasound imaging in obstetrics and gynecology. He is full professor in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Sackler Faculty of Medicine at the Tel-Aviv University and has published more than 200 peer review articles in scientific journals and chapters in books and textbooks. Currently, he serves as the chairman of the Obstetrics & Gynecology Department and also incumbent of the Emma Neiman Chair for Childbirth Research of the Sackler Faculty of Medicine of the Tel-Aviv University and at the E. Wolfson Medical Center, Holon, Israel. He is also a former president of the Israeli Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
