Ian Golding

Dr. Ian Golding is an independent Customer Experience Specialist. Having spent over twenty years in business improvement, Ian has always worked hard to ensure that the businesses he works for are as customer focussed as possible. In 2012 he became an independent consultant, and has already delivered projects in the automotive, financial services, logistics, pharmaceutical and utilities industries. An internationally renowned speaker and blogger on the subject of customer experience, Ian also served on the inaugural board of Directors of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and was one of the first to achieve Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) status.
