Hansa D. Bhargava MD, FAAP

Hansa Bhargava, MD, is a Senior Medical Director at WebMD and Senior Medical Correspondent for Medscape. At WebMD, she oversees the team of medical experts responsible for ensuring the accuracy and credibility of the pediatric content on WebMD and helps in planning relevant content as it pertains to news and special reports. She also represents WebMD and Medscape in the media.

Bhargava came to WebMD from Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, affiliated with Emory University, where she practiced for 7 years as a Lead Physician in urgent care. She continues to see patients there. A graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine, she completed her residency at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. She is board certified in pediatrics.
