Grace Tran is a cancer genetic counselor in the Clinical Cancer Genetics program at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Her clinical responsibilities include providing risk assessment and genetic counseling services to individuals concerned about hereditary cancer conditions. Grace has clinics at the Woodlands Regional Care Center and Lyndon B Johnson Hospital.
She has a special interest in providing genetic counseling services to Spanish-speaking patient populations. She will be involved with the UT Genetic Counseling program as a clinical supervisor in the future. Grace received her B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin and her M.S. in Medical Genetics from the University of Cincinnati/Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center’s Genetic Counseling Program.
