Frank B. Pomposelli Jr MD

Dr. Pomposelli is chairman of the Department of Surgery at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, director of surgery for the Steward Health Care Network and professor of surgery at Tufts University School of Medicine. Prior to joining St. Elizabeth’s in 2011, Pomposelli was a member of the faculty at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) where he ultimately became chief of the Division of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, director of their vascular surgery residency program and rose to the rank of professor of surgery at Harvard Medical School.
