My first passion is to explore how to help people reach their full potential. My second passion is to find solutions to improve processes. At Vygon we have been building during a unique method for aligning and developing talent and inspiring people to become a source of competitive advantage.

This humanistic management model drove us to inaugurate the first "Optimistic Building" in Spain in May 2014 and organise the First "Optimistic Hospital National Awards" in April 2015. We have been recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Health and social Affairs (Ranked 1st at 2014 National Awards for "Flexible Company".
