Miss Fiona MacNeill has been a specialist consultant breast surgeon since 1996. Her main interest is oncoplastic and breast reconstruction surgery – achieving the best outcomes in cancer surgery and breast appearance. She and her oncology colleagues collaborate closely to use the latest drugs and treatments to allow conservative surgery on the breast and the axilla (armpit). She also works with her plastic surgeons to offer innovative aesthetic surgery and reconstruction techniques to preserve the breast and to maintain the breast shape and body image after breast cancer surgery.
