Biography :

Eric Hsi, M.D. is Department Chair of Laboratory Medicine, Section Head of Hematopathology, Director, Flow Cytometry Laboratory at Cleveland Clinic and Professor of Pathology at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. He also serves as the Hematopathology Fellowship Program Director at Cleveland Clinic. He is an expert in diagnosis and classification of hematologic malignancy with interests in immunophenotyping and molecular hematopathology. His research interests include pre-clinical therapeutics assessment and biomarkers in lymphoma and leukemia.

Dr. Hsi has authored over 250 peer-reviewed publications, two books, many book chapters, and 300 abstracts. He serves as an editorial board member of several journals, sits on national committees for several professional societies, and is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for the Lymphoma Research Foundation. He has received the Cleveland Clinic Innovator Award and has been voted as one of the area's Best Doctors, Cleveland Magazine.
