Prof. Elvessa Narvasa is an accomplished nursing professional, educator, consultant, and international speaker with extensive experience in cardiovascular nursing, critical care, perioperative care, and hospital quality assurance. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Montreal, Canada.

She has served as Provincial Director of the Canadian Council of Cardiovascular Nurses and as Co-President of Quality Assurance. She has also led hospital accreditation initiatives and founded ICU Intermediate Care programs. She was selected to write the cardiovascular certification examination for the Canadian Nurses Association.

Dr. Narvasa has extensive experience as an in-service and invited nurse educator for hospital ICU-CCU, PACU, and OR departments, as well as a consultant to nursing college faculty. She has served on the organizing committee and in executive roles for organizations including the International Society of Pituitary Surgeons and Multidisciplinary Perioperative Medicine at the University of Montreal.

An accomplished international speaker, she has been invited by the Quebec Intensive Care Association and has served as a keynote speaker and honorary chief guest at numerous nursing and critical care conferences. Her speaking engagements include the World Nursing Conference, International RFCCN, SAARC, and Critical Care Society events. Since 2020, she has served as Chairperson of the United Research Forum and has participated as a keynote and plenary speaker at international virtual and in-person conferences worldwide.
