CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellations:
• Registrations that are cancelled before 90 days prior to the conference are eligible for a full refund minus a £50 GBP administrative charge
• Registrations that are cancelled 60 days prior to the conference are eligible for a refund of 75% on the registration fee minus a £50 GBP administrative charge
• Registrations that are cancelled in less than 60 but more than 30 days prior to the conference will be eligible to a refund of 50% on the registration fee minus a £50 GBP administrative charge
• Registrations that are cancelled in less than 30 days prior to the conference will not be eligible for any refund subject to confirmation of event requirements

Note:
• All cancellations must be electronically mailed.
• Cancellations received after deadline will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable.
•The discounted registration fees are non-refundable. The fees will be automatically be transferred to one of our future Conferences.
• In case of cancellation at any stage, Bank transfer handling fee (€ 50 GBP) will not be refunded (applicable to Bank Transfer payments only)
• All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the conference.

2. Substitutions and Cancellations
We understand that occasionally other responsibilities and personal obligations prevent you from attending. If you are unable to attend the conference we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no extra cost provided that we have at least 30 days prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full.

3. Transfers
We accept a registration transfer to a different member of the paying organisation or registration fee transfers to another conference before 60 days' notice to event date.

The event registration fees will not be refunded or transferred to another conference if a registered attendee fails to show up for an event for which they have registered.
