Elizabeth Timbrook Brown (brook) MD, MPH, FPMRS

Dr. Elizabeth T. Brown is a urologist affiliated with Sibley Memorial Hospital. Dr. Brown’s board certification in urology is currently pending. She practices out of Georgetown Urology Associates, located in Washington, D.C. Dr. Brown has expertise in urinary incontinence, voiding dysfunction, reconstructive urology, neurourology and urodynamics, and pelvic floor reconstruction for both men and women. Dr. Brown earned her medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine and her Master of Public Health from Tulane University.

She completed a residency in urology at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation, followed by a fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Brown is a board member for the Society of Women in Urology, as well as a member of the American Urological Association and the Society of Urodynamics, Female Pelvic Medicine and Urogenital Reconstruction. Dr. Brown has received multiple research grants and awards for excellence in medical student and resident education, as well as scholarships to provide international urologic care.
