Dominique Beck PhD

Dominique is an executive and team coach, trainer and keynote speaker with more than 20 years’ experience across the fields of coaching, training, leadership development, and research consultancy. Her area of expertise is leadership excellence whereby the system as a whole is supported to achieve engagement, wellbeing and peak performance.

She has designed leadership development programs and coach training courses and delivered these to executives, senior managers, coaches and teams in public and private sector companies. Her passion is working with a solution-focused approach and a systemic lens. Vision, values, purpose, and passion constitute core themes in her work with leaders and their teams.

Dominique’s qualifications include Accreditations with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Stakeholder Centered Coaching; Certifications in Systems Dynamics and Organisational Constellations, Neuroscience of Leadership, The Leadership Circle 360 Assessment Tool; Training in Crucial Conversations, Nonviolent Communication, Psychodrama, and Energy Psychology; and an interdisciplinary Ph.D. from UWS.
