Diane is passionate about menopause care and empowering women to take control of their health and well being. As a result of her own menopause experience which had a profound effect on her quality of life for a period of time she created the social enterprise project menopausesupport.co.uk, a not for profit organisation which provides evidence based information, advice, guidance, and emotional support for women and their families and educational workshops for employers and organisations.

She has completed the menopause foundations course for nurses and is the media lay spokesperson for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a member of the RCOG women’s voices involvement panel. Regularly interviewed by the media she has appeared on the BBC 2 Victoria Derbyshire programme, ITV’s Good Morning Britain, ITV News and BBC Radio 4, Radio 5 live and Radio London.

She is also a member of and ambassador for the British Menopause Society. Diane is a passionate campaigner and advocate for improved care and support for women experiencing menopause both in and out of the workplace and will be a consultant on the upcoming Royal College of General Practitioners curriculum review . Diane is a counsellor and coach who specialises in working privately with women to achieve optimum health and wellbeing. Her other professional passions include working with private clients to resolve PTSD and teaching workshops on menopause, well woman yoga therapy, yoga Nidra and mind management skills. Diane also provides employee wellbeing services to business and organisations via Danzebrink Consulting.
