Dr Daskalakis is an assistant clinical professor of medicine who serves as the medical residency director of resident research and as the infectious diseases program director. In addition to caring for people with HIV at the Bellevue Hospital Center, he is the founding director of the Men’s Sexual Health Project (M*SHP), a clinical and translational research program extending clinical and research services to commercial sex venues catering to men who have sex with men in New York City.
