David F. Richardson PT, DPT, OCS

David Richardson is a physical therapist with a board-certified specialty in Orthopedics. He has had the privilege of serving the Saint Simons Island and Brunswick, GA area for 4 years now. He received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Armstrong State University in 2012 and a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University in 2008. In 2015, he became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist to continue his pursuit of learning the most relevant and evidence-based treatment approaches in the field of physical therapy.
